I'm looking to buy an International 444 and I need some advice. I've been reading some posts and now I am confused about what the guy told me about it. He said it was a 1973 model but from the posts I've read the 444 was last made in 1970. The serial number I found is 10046 but I could not find it anywhere in the serial number listings. Does anyone know if this is a good tractor? Is it made in the US or is it from overseas? It runns good..has power steering...new tires...a box blade and a bush hog for 5500.00 Should I steer clear or is this a good tractor to have? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Even info on where I might go to find out what I need to know would be helpful! Thanks, Bert
