Trying to start my F12

Ok, It's time... I've been trying to start my F12 with no success. The mag has been rebuilt, and I finally got the timing correct. I also have been adjusting the main fuel needle screw in accordance with the operators manual(2 1/2- 3 1/2 turns out). But all I have been able to get is a pop here and there, and my arm is getting TIRED!! Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks, Brian
