Eddie, Found this post by accident. I have a 2606 with case 33 backhoe. I just removed the backhoe last week. Now it won't start even after going through the carb. Guess I'll pull the carb again as I just need to drive it under a tree to pull the loader off so I can work on the engine.
It has an elaborate system of mounts that also tie in to the IH 3000 loader. One inch thick plate for the mount to the axle and where it goes under the the axle and hooks to the loader. Then there is about a 2 inch thick round bars that go from that same mount on the loader and goes above the axle to where it hooks to the hoe up higher.
I wouldn't want to buy new steel to fabricate the mounts. I'm tied up for the next few days but around the middle of next week or next weekend I can get some pics and measurements.
