you see the drive coupler on the pump, you need the other half that goes on the tractor to turn the pump. There is also a flat plate that bolts to the front of the trans around both the lower(pto) shaft and the center (input) shaft. The part you see there bolts on to the plate and around where the bearing cover on the ft of trans for the pto shaft was, you must remove it to install drive and then the pump assy. I would say the flat plate is a reinforcement. I will try to get more pics this weekend and put up a new post.The other half of the drive coupler takes the place of the nut that is currently on the front of the pto shaft behind the cover.
