Harvey, before you get too far down the road, read carefully what a couple of people posted. These use a felt seal. They will weep, and they will leak a little at some point. Not sure you are taking into consideration what is required to get that fly-wheel off. And if you do get it off, and replace the felt, then 8-10 months later it is weeping again, you will have spent alot of effort, and end up at the same place (BTW, getting them back on isn't alot of fun either).
Take a look inside, evaluate the clutch while you are in there, but unless there is an obvious issue, you may want to consider just leave it as is.
I think it was 36F30 who said it best, "these old girls like to mark their territory". I have yet to meet an F series tractor that didn't have oil coming out somewhere.................
