Thought I would share this.
I Ran into a farmall "C" today with some VERY stuck rear wheel bolts. (the clamping wedge area) I ruined my 1' wrench, and the impact wrench would not budge them either!
After jacking up the wheel, and oiling in between the wedges, the bolts still would not budge.
it seems that the bolts were rusted in the top part of the wheel, rather than the threads, the shank of the bolt was actually rusted in the cast wheel.
I took a die grinder and cut out part of the washers, immediately below the bolt head so I could drive the rest of the washer out with a hammer and punch. This allows some play.
I then tapped the head of the bolts down with a hammer, working them up and down(and the wedge) to loosen the rust. then they came right out.
I will have to replace both the bolts and washers, but I did not ruin the wheel or the wedge. Andy
