first there was McORMICK in 1831 forty years before the gun fight at the OK corral,or custer last stand . in the 1840,s there was the DEERING reaper company to,in the early 1900,s they formed international harvester company,then in the early 1920,s they came out with a tractor that would farmall--------so the name was given in the beging of the industrial revilution,they sold names under McCORMICK also DEERING and a combination of McCORMICK DEERING, and also international,later in years the internationasl tractors were more or less the standard tractor,s or low profile ones.some were along in the early 70,s they slod there 5 milionth tractor,then a fea years latter the college boy,s decided that the farmall name no longer was fitting so they droped it.there was a McCORMICK at the top right till the sell out in 1984. he was brook,s McCORMICK had he been more brutel maybee thing,s might have been diffrent.so coming close to 30 year,s the FARMALL name is still called out as a actioneer call,s out hear we have a very nice farmall for sale who will start the biding?were ever farmers gather they still talk of farmall tractor,s
