The Super might weigh a LITTLE more, but not 900lbs. These tractors were overbuilt from the get-go so there was little need to "beef" anything up for a meager 10%-25% horsepower improvement.

Band brake covers look like tin pans. Disk brake covers are heavy castings with a slightly rough texture to the surface.
The higher hood can be easily identified by a 2" gap between the gas tank and the hydraulic block. A regular C will have the gas tank right on top of the block.
This one I'm not quite sure on, but I think pedals are straight on a Farmall C, and slightly curved on a Super C. It may be the other way 'round.
The C-113 and the C-123 will be cast into the engine blocks of their respective tractors.
Also, the Super C serial numbers start at 100001. If your tractor has a 6-digit serial number, it's a Super C.
