This is my first tractor and I'm pretty handy. I changed the oil the other day, at least I thought I did. Man it was pitch black and thin. Since I changed the oil my tractor is running hot and losing oil and runs for about 10 minutes and shuts down. Maybe this is just bad timing. Did I use the wrong grade oil? I used 10w30. Does it need to be heavier? I feel stupid asking this? I hope I didn't ruin something. I thought it might have been the fuel line clogging up so I clean it where the eye glass is. It had allot of stuff in it. It looks as though now it might have oil in the gas line. Around the carb I see signs of what looks like oil. Man I hope not! Is there any advice you can give. Also I would like a service manual on this tractor.
