Yes to both questions.
Go to a scrap yard and purchase the parts necessary to add a second remote. The parts off any 06, 56, or 66 series tractor will work.
You can also purchase an electronic splitter device that will divert the oil and make two remotes out of one.
A third option is to get a joystick valve, hook it up to the existing valve, and tie the lever back with a piece of twine so the factory valve powers the joystick valve which powers the loader.
A fourth option is to add the power beyond plate for the joystick valve. However, that will require purchasing another factory valve for your 756 because the one valve on it now isn't the right one for a power beyond block. It won't have the removable end plate like you need. If you purchase a second valve you may as well use two factory valves IMHO.
