Hi Mark, have you check with the hitch lever not all the way up, may be at 3/4 of the up position.When the hitch is in up position, when you push down on the lever,check the distance you have to push the lever to start the arms to goes down. If you push less then 1 inch, the drop valve is too tight. It cause the hic-up. Bernard le mecano
