Different book call for 65 or 80 ft-lbs on the head nuts. Most foks around here use 80.
Rocker studs I've neer seen a torque factor in the books, but working from the SAE table for rated torque on studs that size, and allowing fr the fact that theyy'll be wel-oiled, 25-30 ft-lbs will be good.
For valve stem clearance, .014 is a good number, but it only needs to be warm, not HOT. Best practice is to close verything up and then run the motor up to temperature, then open it back up to re-torque the head. In the time it takes to do that, valves and rocker will still be sufficiently warm to set them back to .014" for a good gap.
