Well as there are two1/4 fine thread bolt holes next to where the shaft comes up thru the wheel and this is where ya pull from Now many times these oles are hard to see because of rust or dirt built up .Once you remove the nut tha holds the steering wheel on clean up the area around it . There have been times that i have had to use a drill bit to clean out the holes because of rust build up . The reason for such long bolts is that the bolt holes are just a wee bit to close together for most pullers to get a good dtight shot at them . On my snap on puller i had to grind the slots to be able to use it to pull steering wheels on I H tractors . And i am here to tell ya i have pulled more then my far share of them fixen leaks on the steering motor or as some call it the hand pump. Now if ya need any more advice feel free to just ask me.
