On some monitors (out here) it is difficult to read the All caps words. (it is also like shouting) The belly pump can be used for a three point. The same diesel grade engine oil is put in the injection pump, that is in the engine. If it runs poorely, it may have stuck valves, including starting valves. Do a compression check (on the gasoline mode) to see if there is dramatic differences between cylinders. It is a strong engine and will make good power when running well. they are smooth, so don't assume it is OK. If the compression is more than about 15% different between cylinders, Or none on a cylinder, Take off the valve cover and see if valves are stuck or pushrods off.
