I use ATF in all the tractors I buy that are locked up. So far out or 20 plus all but 2 have freed up. One way to speed it up if you can do it safely is fill the cylinders almost full then add a table spoon of gas to it and light it up, do that 2 or 3 times. Then set a 12 volt battery on it and use short fast taps on the starter and it will probably pop free in just a couple hours. BTDT many many times. Oh by the way do not try to spin it when its still burning or you will have trouble. Let it burn till it burns out then try to spin it
