I put a Saginaw on my 1945 M this winter. It is super well built hitch, and a bargain at the price. My Dad has a Work Saver on his H, and had to take off the original drawbar to use it. Saginaw uses the original drawbar. I'm super pleased with the Saginaw, and would highly recommend adding one. Great value for money. Plus, the guy at Saginaw is a prince to work with. I'm a 'Green Acres' newby, and he led me through the installation like a gentleman. (I'm sure he was gritting his teeth while I was asking dumb questions, but he never let on, and I'm thankful to him for his service.)

Today's Featured Article - Product Review: Lead Substitutes - by Mike Schordine. Lead was oriinally added to gasoline as an upper cylinder lubricant. It lubes the valves and seats. If you rebuild the motor, you could use hardened seats and valves, and unleaded fuel. But if your old tractor runs good, a simple lead substitute added to the gas is a perfectly reasonable solution. And, if you are like me, your tractor is under cover, but it sits outside. So with every temperature change, the humidity in the air collects in the fuel tank, in the form of water.
