I wouldn't think so. The problem with the F-12 engine was that the push-rods were vertical and there was not room enough to get the spark plugs in between them. Hence the spark plugs being located on the other side of the engine under the manifold and the consequential use of a downdraft carburettor and a fuel pump. In the Farmall A they splayed the push-rods to give spark plug room (apparently not quite as much as liked on the very early versions) as the head was later modified. I think that the valve levers would not match up on the two different engines.
