You are 100% correct on your couplers,they were all used on IH but you are missing one. It is a coupler like the one in the middle,which I call a pioneer, instead of a ball in the center it had a point and it would couple to the pioneer. The pointed coupler was the one on our 62 560 when we bought it new. It could have been a customer preferance,I don't know. When dad split the H,we changed to pointed coupler, it was easier to connect under pressure. When the newer style coupler on the right came out we made adapters so we could enterchange the cylinders. I remember the coupler on the left on the 2 400's we had, we eventually changed them to pioneer, So I don't believe the pointed coupler was around our area in N. Iowa in the late 50's.
