The IT shop manual says the M had 3 7/8 bore and the Super MTA had 4 inch bore. Sounds like your sleeves have been replaced at one time. The manual also talks about standard compression pistons, special compression pistons, 5000 ft altitude pistons and 8000 ft altitude pistons. Maybe your pistons are one of these "non standard"
