...what causes that static discharge on the ammeter when you turn the switch on. I know it's s'posed to be there but it isn't. Guess I should tell the whole story...
Last ran the B about two months back. Long after I ran it I found the wire between the switch and the ammeter was burnt right in half and I don't know why. Finally replaced that wire today and put it all back together. Hit the switch, pulled the starter, cranks all day long but don't fire. No static discharge on that meter when the switch is on. Couldn't find that in my archives and that is as far as I got when the light failed. So I am first wondering on why that discharge is not there. Hope nothin wrong with my expensive new ebay switch I put on there a few months back! Anyway...I'll look at it again next nice day we have. Happy New Year guys!
