Scott: As you probably well know, the SH stage II tank is different from a stage I and/or a regular H. The bung hole is further back to make room for the live hydraulic unit. I don't think the change was well thought out. I looked inside mine and could tell it would be very close to touching the baffle. For whatever reason, mine is not touching - barely. ("Thank ga-wad", as they say in Indiana.) However, my sediment bowl assembly/valve is a NAPA piece - the one with the in-tank filter screen in the catalog - with the threads run through a die to re-size them to the Farmall size. (Can't remember what die I used.) Anyway, it barely misses the baffle. Hope this helps you. mike durhan
