Well it depends on what the ratio is on your Hysler overdrive is. I have a F-12 with the 2.1 ratio so that would make your 7mph speed now capable of traveling 14.7 mph. Now I don't think your 12 horse power tractor will be capable of pulling itself to that speed from a standstill. That overdrive unit does effectivly give you 6 speeds Foward and 2 in reverse. Also the number of teeth on the overdrives input to transmission on a F-14 and a F-12 is different so you would have to change the gear inside the transmission to mate to the F-14 Hysler o.d.
