It has been my experience with steel bolts in cast iron is that steel expands more than cats iron when heated. Without fail I have always been able to heat up the cast iron and then let it cool to room temp and the bolt will screw right out. If there is too much cast to heat up then just blow out the bolt with a torch. This is quite easy on large cast. Its even easier than torching a bearing race off a shaft without nicking the shaft.
