Measuring: Take a framing square (L shaped 14" by 24" used for carpentry) looking at the plow from the right side (side that is on unplowed ground) you will see landslides. These are flat metal plates running from the fromt of each moldboard toward the rear. They are in line with the direction of the furrow. Place the square so that the short arm of it is touching this landslide all along, and the long arm is out under the moldboard. Measure with this to the tip of the share. The share is an angular curved plate at the fromt of the moldboard. The measurement is the width of the plow. It could be 12" (unlikely) 14" (Likely) 16" (likely) or 18 " (unlikely) Your tractor will be happiest with a 14" set. called 3-14s. Next happiest with a 3-16s, and not happy at all with 3-18s. There may not be a 3-12s plow, it would be small, but usable. New points, shares, landslides, and maybe moldboards will be available for the plow. JimN
