I Believe there is a drastic Head gasket leak, or in a casting. To check, there are several tests: Put a pressure tester on it for 15 minutes if the gauge reading goes down consistently it leaks. Pull the oil drain plug out until the last thread and see if there is coolant in the oil. Pull the injectors(I know, but what alternatives are there)and turn it over to see if Coolant comes out a hole. Use a combustion gas tester to see if the bubbles in the radiator are combustion gases. (also make sure your new cap has the correct seat length, there are two lengths and IH takes the long one.) Good luck, this make take several doses of luck, JimN
