If you wish to drop the pressure (75psi is borderline on the high side), you can add another gasket - which acts more like a shim - to the inlet cover on the bottom of your oil pump. Just drop the oil pan and you're there. Also, check to be certain that no one has added washers under the pressure relief spring (normally a futile attempt to raise oil pressure), or that the pressure relief plunger isn't stuck in the bore. This is accessible when you remove the cover on the bottom of the pump. Be careful, the pump cover has spring pressure against it as you remove the last bolt.
