1955 Cub, how much?

This is a continuation on a cub I found. Here are more details. Based upon the case stamp (No S/N plate), it is 8-18-A, which breaks out to a 1955 model. This tractor is sitting in someone's back yard. Don't know when it ran last, but the battery and carb is missing. I guess he has the carb, but as of right now, I can't turn it over. So I don't know if it runs or not. There is clean oil in the motor. The tractor is all rusted, but no holes. Tires look good, but they are flat. There are a few implements. What would be a good offer on this tractor as it sits? Your help is greatly appreciated. Bob
