So I got the unit from the guy yesterday and as luck would have it, the shifter fork was frozen. So I soaked in tranny fluid (on the kitchen table no less) and the fluid went everywhere. Pounded the shift fork out and found out why it was stuck; shaft bent. Wondering if either the Cowman or f20inmi were willing to part with the fork, which is just a shaft with a u-shape one end and threaded on the other. The shaft is 1/2 inch diameter and about 6 or 7 inches long. I don't know whether I can bend it back straight enough to work or not. Also, the input yoke would be nice as well, since it didn't come with one. Just shoot me an email and we'll discuss it. Thanks, Michael
