My dad and i bought a square baler 6 years ago off a fellow who used to work in this area and he is a regular poster on this website. He had 3 oliver tractors that had a 5.9 cummins conversion.. dad and i love a challenge and thought we would like to do it... but im not a fan of an oliver so we kinda let the idea go... but it has been rehashed and we are thinking of doing it to a farmall... a 756 856 1256, 886 986 something like that. HAs it been done? im sure it has but has anyione seen it done? I know on the olivers with their peticular trannys pretty much an motor would work you just had to get a colar to get from the motor to the tranny.. Am i thinking ahead of my IQ or does anyone think it can be done? any help ideas thoughts let me know.. thanks brad
