Since I live in town and don"t use my "52 H very often, I run it for awhile at least once a week. Today when I tried to start it, nothing happened. It was totally dead. The starter didn"t turn a bit. The battery is fully charged. The lights work fine. The battery terminals are clean. The starter is not locked-up. All cable connections are tight and clean. This is the first time I"ve had this problem. All I can think of is a bad starter button switch. But prior to today, I had noticed no problem with the starter button. When I was growing up as a farm kid 30 years ago I remember starter button switches going bad occasionally but they usually gave you some warning because you had to jostle the button a bit to get it to work before it stopped working altogether. Thanks in advance for any help you folks can provide. By the way, I"m one of those guys who has no real use for the tractor except for parades and hayrack rides. I just wanted it because I grew up with one and I can"t get the farm out of my system...nor do I want to. Kevin
