22-36 year

Hey guys I just bought an old 22-36 from a guy up north, he says he doesn"t know much about it, not even the year. The serial number is 1G 145308 M ...besides being stuck, the only other thing is that it needs a hood and a magneto, but I have no idea what magneto is supposed to be on there either...Any info on this would be greatly appreciated...Thanx Josh
