Ebay is not your only source for parts. There are generally tractor salvage yards anywhere there are tractors, and on top of that, this is a relatively small part that should be easily shippable. I think the reason the belt pulley drives don't sell is because they're heavy and expensive to ship. Most people use that automated shipping calculator thing on Ebay, which is linked to "Mail Boxes Etc." now known as the UPS Store. They charge about double what normal shipping is.
