Absolutely CaptainK, good parts people are worth their weight in gold. It's a 100 mile round trip and two ferry crossings to my nearest Case/IH dealer, so I do all of my dealings via fax and phone. The parts guy that I deal with will put things on their stock order to save me freight, or will special order even the smallest part if I pay the extra shipping. The only problem I ever had was when I needed to pick up Hytran because it was hazmat and couldn't be shipped. It was a Sunday and when I got there, I found a note saying that the parts guy couldn't run my card number. He left his home phone number and asked me to call. I called and he made a special trip from home, on a Sunday, to open the store so I could get the Hytran. Since then, I found that if I am not in a hurry, their outside sales guy will drop off anything at the large farm down the road from me with no extra freight charge.
