Can't get my M to idle right?

My M was not running right so I changed plugs/wires and put on a new cap and rotor on the mag. It still runs rough when its idling, cold and hot. When you run it at half or full throttle it seems to run fine. It took the carb apart and cleaned everything, but it still does it. Any ideas? Thanks, Bobg
