Looks like the one I have that came off a hay bailer. Mine is a 123 CI. the only problem is that you will have to make a plate to cover up the starter hole just under the oil filter. All the info I have been given on this site, is that more than likely it is a 123 as it has a water pump...HTH Keith & Shawn
