cub tractor $500

i called about a cub today....the guy had just traded for it and didn't know much but here is what he said..... he said it needed a head gasket and the head was off but all parts were there.....he said it had four new tires and brakes. he said it had a jury rigged lift and he thought it was 6 volt. he said he would go a little less and liked to trade....it is about 35 miles from me in wv. i told him i would try and look aat it next tuesday.. what do you think..?
