1066 3 point control lever adjustment

When using my 1066 in the field the control lever that raises/lowers the 3 point arms creeps forward and allows the arms to lower. You can reach down and move lever to raise position and arms come up nicely BUT if you look down there in 3 or 4 minutes the lever is back in the forward (lowered) position. There is almost no resistance on the lever when it is moved up or down and I would think there should be some. Is there a friction disk adjustment on this lever that will hold it in position better. If so please explain how to as my IT manual is not doing a very good job here. I would note that I have cab and a little hard to see down there.
