Yes, but it also should help catch some of these guys that overload goosenecks real bad, like they should have been doing for years now. It also means anyone hauling into the rpru needs to cross the scales. Luckily I know my ways between here and there and how to get past them. I don't know if they're checking for the proper liscensing but they do want to check weights. till now NE was the only state I knew that wanted pickups to scale but they can check you moving 70 mph out there too.
