Fill through the plug on top of the transmission, but I always put a little directly in the PTO just so it isn't dry until the oil gets distributed. The plug on the left side, almost behind the left brake rod is the fill level. Mine takes about 6 quarts to fill. Don't overfill or you may push the excess out the seals at the differential shafts.
