Take a look on the side of the carb. and you will see what appears to be a brass bolt. Remove it and see if you get good gas flow. Also clean the holes in the bolt real good. I am assuming that you have the gas turned on at the fuel bowl? Also disconnect the gas line at the carb. There is a screen there that may be plugged. Phlogiston
