Jon, I would find out if that college is an accredited school. They have well known art colleges in NY. A long time ago the US Government wouldn't hire a college graduate unless they graduated from an accredited college. I thought they let a lot of good engineers slip away. A lot were in the Army and worked at APG as project engineers. I know they hired some from accredited schools that weren't as qualified. You should talk your stepson into attending a community college. If he does good he can transfer to another school. Our daughter did this and took nursing and received an associate's degree in nursing in 2 years. She went to work after passing the state bar exam. A few years later she got her bachelor's & master's in nursing from UMD in Baltimore. She also received a master's in Public Health from Johns Hopkins. She had to quit working when she did this since the school work was too much and work at a job, so we supported her during that one year. Hal
