Hal tractor belongs to the boy sitting on it, he is handycapped, trying to find something that he can do. Don't think he will ever beable to drive it, but we will see. He has the best help around, little sister!! Gene it does have the 100 inch axels. And 55-60 did come with both carb and air cleaner, but was not attached to tractor. Carb needs to be tanked and rebuilt, but does not have the throttle linkage....Thanks everyone Keith & Shawn
