Hi 7D, the picture shows it as a single part but the picture is small and can not tell if it is spring and ball but testing procedure says if it is less than 1800 psi then replace the relief valve, so from that statement it would indicate there is no adjustment. On my Dad's IH 1500, 1550, and 2250 loaders when the relief spring got weak, we would just add a dime (10 cent piece) or two under the nut that held the spring against the relief ball. JB2
