What the hey!!! A complete rebuild on my 100 is about to come to fruition and I'm told to make sure I replace the oil pump while I'm at it. The price for this singular item? Over 500 bucks! What's going on here? I haven't had much problem finding everything else but apparently no one makes the pumps. Is this because they rarely fail? Is there a rebuild kit for the pump? As far as I know the pump was fine when the 100 was last run (about six years ago). Also, is there an after-market hydraulic pump I can use on my B that maybe attaches to the flat belt pulley shaft? I'd like to be able to run a log splitter or some other implement needing hydraulic power.
