Farmall H Throttle Butterfly Bushing Problem

I posted about this #$%%^ bushing a few weeks ago, thanks to everyone that helped. My problem now is that I think the brass bushing is too long!!! I installed it ALL of the way in, reamed it to .2505" but can't get the throttle shaft in far enough to get the butterfly in correctly. The butterfly screw holes don't quite line up with the throttle shaft holes. Could it be the brass bushing is just too long. The Throttle shaft and brass bushing are new IH and the butterfly is NOS. Thanks!!
