The jar type and plastic precleaners are listed as attachments. Thus the dome type was standard on all models, the jar type was "probably" more common on the H/M etc, the dome on the A/B/C. The dome type was likely discontinued in the early 50's, I have no proof, but the jar type became more common in the later years. The only serial number info I have is for the Super A, the jar or plastic type was available from the start of production, but the dome type was standard. I do not know, however, if the jar or plastic type was available on the A or B. No serial numbers are given for the C, I don't have an SC parts book.
