Yep, know what you mean. I have a loader on one and pulled the shaft completely out of the splined end. Since that was a problem that had to be cause by something, I got to looking and found the root of the trouble. The loader had worked the front bolster bolts loose and the whole front end was working forward and backward everytime I raised the loader. Fixed it. Took the front mounts of the Westendorf off one at a time, inserted a pre-drilled 1/4 inch plate between the mount and the tractor frame from the front of the bolster back about a foot and a half, did both sides, tightened the beJesus out of the bolts, added some more in the holes in the frame, and wala, no more movement.
