Seeking IHC Cub Lo-Boy opinions

Looking at a couple different ones to buy. One is a 1976, 185, snow plow, 60" mower, 3pt. hitch, $2850. Other one is also a '76, turf tires, 60" mower, front blade, $3600. Second one looks a little prettier, from the pictures. Are these prices good? Anything special to look for in terms of problems? The second one doesn't have the 3 pt.; can it be added easily?
