Thanks for the novel there last weekend. I was running late for heading back to Fergus Falls and I checked on your reply and saw how long it was. I had to print it off so I could read it all later. Perhaps if you ever get in this neck of the woods let me know and maybe hook up sometime. I always get a kick out of meeting people that are willing to talk to anyone about most anything but maybe thats just a small town quallity. One of our customers from work likes to tell stories and at our combine clinic he was telling us about some rabbit hunting back in the mid 70's when rabbits were literally in herds. One of the guys in their party was surrounded by rabbits and even had one run up his back and sat on his head(even had the tracks to prove it)! He let out a screem and had to run so he could get some shooting room he said. This week went better, I finally got that stupid JD skidsteer done after getting all the right parts this time. The 1086 was a breeze, then I had a Macdon mower/conditioner in for warranty updates, small stuff on a 8920 Magnum that was sold, then checked over a 4000 IH windrower. Oh, and I even got my 3588 2+2 precision tractor this week also. Thats a nice looking toy! I don't know how interesting any of this to anybody else but I don't think it hurts to mention it either. It's how you find peoples interest I guess.

At one time I had seven restored examples which were shown and used in ploughing matches. As most restorers, I have a number of war stories I can relate on a range of topics that may help other like minded and interested people. Perhaps my first p
