You need to completely remove the back blade, drawbar and all its bracketry from the rear final drive castings to mount the mower. Then it's pretty obvious where it goes. Reproduction and original grilles are available from many tractor salvage yards. That's a Danco/IH C3 mower, not a Woods. Be careful with that loader. It looks like it's only mounted to the middle of the tractor. With all the leverage that loader has, it could easily break that tractor in half.
